   I was told beehives are not allowed and refused an allotment. Obviously this is not in line with governess rules!

     Hi Lee I am unaware of the government rules you are referring to. All Stockport allotment associations are self-managed, which means they can set their own site rules, this includes bee keeping. I will contact the site secretary to clarify their position on bee keeping then I will get back to you. Regards Ian

   I love these allotments, I love looking out of my back garden and seeing everyone’s hard work. I’d love to get one on the cheadle old road site.
