Fred Ashley from Brinnington Rise dies

Mr Fred Ashley passed away last night

Fred had been a plot holder for over 50 years on Brinnington Rise allotments. He also served on our committee and for a long time as our secretary. Fred was also a very nice man to know and will be sadly missed, our thoughts are with his family.
